Premiere Pro not working after update

1. I updated Premiere Pro on my Mac Mini. It loads up to ImporterQuickTimebundle then it just freezes and it doesn’t work. What should I do?

Sorry to hear about this. We can get this checked. Have you tried resetting app preferences & checked if it's working properly?

I close the app to open it again to see what happens and it's stuck on importer QuickTime again. What now?
