Hi, I am trying to use a few videos I saved from snapchat but premiere pro will only import the audio and not the visual. Ive checked that the file type is supported, it is. Ive tried converting the file, didnt work. Is there a way around this?

Most common user error is not source patching the track. Solved by first opening clip in Source Monitor, set in and out point. Then drag/insert into timeline. https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/user-guide.html FAQ: Patching source sequences in Premiere Pro If you are just starting out with video editing Premiere Pro is not a smart choice.
