Premiere Pro Performance is Slow

I'm using Proxy files with low resolution, I have 64GB of Ram, Memory is set tp performance.

Everytime I use Premiere now, my footage plays super slow on the timeline, while my audio plays at normal speed. Before it happened, I get an error from Premiere saying having a GPU without the latest update may cause problems (even though it wasn't causing problems). So, I updated it, and now this is happening.

When I open the project it isn't slow at first, but after a few minutes, it is. This has never happened before. I'm editing a shortfilm, and for the first time this is happening, I need to fix this ASAP, I'm running out of ideas.
