Hi everyone!

Looking for some advice here on what I should be doing to try and get Premiere Pro up and running. Every time I click on the app, a message appears on the screen to let me know that the programme has quit unexpectedly (without even opening properly in the first place).

Had similar issues when I was using Premiere Rush but somehow managed to push through. Not very tech savy but I'd imagine I would be able to do anything that you suggested for me to do. Here's a copy of what the pop-up message says. Thanks in advance and I really appreciate the help!
