Hello,

it has been a while since I last used premiere pro/rush. Last time (around august 2020) everything went well.

When I open an existing project or create a new one there is no video playback available in the editor and the programm crashes/hangs up when clicking anywhere.

Note: It works (with scrambled video playback), when the graphics driver is not installed (windows default driver).

System:

Windows 10 Pro 64bit / Adobe Creative Cloud

Ryzen 3700X / Radeon 5700XT / 32GB RAM - chipset and drivers up to date.

What I tried:

  1. Made a clean install of the graphics drivers / Radeon Software (using AMD clean up utility in safe mode) and tried both driver version 20.11.2 and 20.12.1
  2. Used CC Cleaner (followed the instructions given) to uninstall and reinstalled the creative cloud including all programms

Uploaded a log file to Adobe LogCollector Portal as a step before using CC Cleaner:

AdobeLogs_20201220_093925_335-win.zip

Thanks for helping
