Premiere pro says trail has ended

Premiere pro up until yesterday told me my trail has ended. I have an annual plan where I pay monthly for all creative apps including premiere pro, so I'm not sure why it is telling me I have to pay for it when it should already be inlcuded with creative apps.

Sign out the CC desktop app.

reboot,

sign back in.
