I am trying to figure out how this file got on my computer.

The last time I installed Premiere on my computer was in 2020, and I have since uninstalled every Adobe product from my PC and went out of my way to remove any residual folders/files. This file was created on February 8th in my downloads folder.

I ran it through Virustotal and Cylance detected it as unsafe, but no other antivirus did. But the file has a certificate issued by Digicert to Adobe Inc.

Could some residual Adobe process have downloaded this file onto my computer?

Update: I downloaded the premiere set-up file from Adobe and ran it through Virustotal, no software detected it, including Cylance, making me more suspicious.
