There seems to be no option to add one's own sound effects presets to an entire audio track in the audio track mixer. Premiere only allows one to apply to audio clips only. Same thing with essential sound panel, the sound fx only applies to audio clips and cant be applied to audio track mixer. Premiere only allows one to add the inbuilt sound presets e.g EQ that come with the software. I have provided to illustrate this issue.
