Premiere Pro still frozen help

I have a problem that Premiere Pro opens normally, but when I do a new project or open any any other project that stops working and freezes, pleeease I want to solve it.

 

- version number : Premiere Pro 2021 last Version
- Have you installed the recent updates? yes
- What operating system? This should include specific minor version numbers, like windows 10 (10.0, Build 19042).
- What kind(s) of source footage? The problem is the program that opens any new project.
- If you are getting any error message(s)? Only freezes the screen and refuses to open the projects windows like the timeline and the rest of the control windows.
- What were you doing when the problem occurred? task manager -> end process
- Has the same media with this computer system ever worked before? yes
- Did you update your project from one major version of Premiere Pro to the next, and then saw problems in the project? That is not the problem.
-Tell us about your computer hardware?
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz
32MB RAM
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 last Version
- Is the drive connected to a high speed port on the computer? yes
- Are you using Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration?yes
- Do you still have the issue when choosing Project Settings > General > Renderer > Mercury Playback Engine (Software Only)? yes

 

 

- Do you have a crash log that you can upload (Creative Cloud or DropBox, etc.) so we can inspect it?
