Premiere Pro Stops Reading Growing File

Hello,

I'm having an issue where I have an ingest machine recording an XDCAM HD 50mb file as an mxf. It reads fine and updates for a while but at some point, Premiere Pro stops growing the file and it no longer updates. The only way I have been able to restore the growing file function was to restart Premiere Pro.

Needless to say, this is somewhat frustrating and I have tried a few different file types and all seem to fall victim to the same issue.

I have Premiere Pro running on an iMac and the ingest sofware running on a custom PC with the iMac pulling the file through a gigabit network.

Any help with this issue is definitely welcome.

Thank you,

Hunter
