Premiere Pro suddenly crashing on Startup and/or Playback

Since yesterday Premiere is suddenly crashing. Before it was always running very smooth and pretty much never crashed. With the new CUDA Acceleration it was even faster. Yesterday it first crashed  a few times during realtively heave tasks, e.g. playback of 4K 50fps without proxies. Then it started to crash always when I wanted to playback things (even low resolution clips) and after a while it crashed while opening. The "loading" window with the art came but it stopped with the first command and it asked me if I want to send the crash report to Adobe.

I tried the following already:
- upgrade / downgrade Premiere version

- turn off hardware acceleration

- delete media cache (in premiere and in system)

- create a new user account: i read that this helps in a different post. It did help me for some time, maybe an hour and now premiere has the same problems on this account. It is still opening (unlike on my main account), but quickly crashing. On the 14.3 version it is not even opening.

My system specs:

- HP Omen Obelisk 875

- Win 10 Home
- i7-9700K @ 3.60GHz, 8 cores

- Nvidia GeForce RTXC 2070

- 32 GB Ram

- Premiere Pro CC 14.2 (tried to downgrad/upgrade to 14.1, 14.3...)

Help is greatly appreciated. I have some big projects, that I have to finalize this week 😕

If this is a big project I would finish it in the Pr version it was created in.

Updating mids project is usually not a very good idea.
