Premiere Pro Taking Way too long to Render and Export

Hello,

I have recently built myself a new pc, i9 10900k rtx 3080 32gb 3200mhz, and rendering a 1080p 2 minute video is taking 30 minutes to render. Gpu acceleration is enabled.

CPU usage stays around 90-100% and drops now and then but GPU usage takes around 0-5%

Please help!
