There's not a lot of detail here to know what "nothing works" means. You can try a re-install and if you really want a clean installation use this: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
If you have project files and things saved in the default directories you may want to move those to a dedicated folder elsewhere on your drives before using the CC Cleaner Tool.
