Premiere Pro Update

What the heck is going on with Premiere Pro?  Just updated and now:

"F" key won't give me a matchframs

Can't drag clips onto a timeline (need to reboot software to make it work)

I'm finding more things every time I fire up the software.  Anyone else experiencing issues?

In addition -- I can't even drag items along my own timeline.

Update - Adobe says it's  known issue with editing across 2 screens.  They suggested I revert to the last release.  I am finding that if I open the project on 1 screen then drag my timeline over to screen 2....it works.
