Premiere Pro use and track motion and its some time help but many of time dont do

i use  Premiere Pro for months and i montage verrey much videos useing track motion but every time im back in fraemes to edit it that make end my video faster too hard cuse it take time can any one help me with track motion use  Premiere Pro 2021 with out after effect cuse if i open the 2 apps togather my pc will bomb and i have some time probmelm with freez fram in  Premiere Pro 2021 but i think this one from pc cuse it low end .

Until you can upgrade your machine, I think you should then leave PP closed and do the tracking in AE, save the results out as a ProRes (or Cineform) clip, close AE and open PP and use the saved clip.
