Premiere Pro v15.0 crashing when start streaming

So recently Pr started to crash whenever I start a Discord streaming. It wasn't crashing before and I don't think it's a Discord issue because I can normally stream anything but Pr.

any idea ?

Seems there is an issue using your GPU. Does it crash when you use Mercury Playback Software Only? (Not ideal but just to test.)

Also can you share your system specs, like CPU, RAM, GPU and vRAM?

I tried mercury playback software but same problem.

I got Intel i7, NVIDIA RTX2080 SUPER, Corsair CMW32GX4M4C3200C16 DDR4.
