Premiere Pro ver 14.9 Won't Close Until I Force Quit

Hey does anyone else have this issue where when you try to quit Premiere Pro, the window goes away but the app won't actually quit until you force quit it? I contacted support and the only solution they could come up with was to downgrade to a previous version but I'd like to be up-to-date if possible. This seems to be an issue with all my Adobe programs (ie. AE, ME).

I use macOS Big Sur ver 11.2.2. Would appreciate any help on this!
