Premiere pro vers. 15.1 crash when clicking on export

Since I am using the 15.1 adobe premiere pro version I am not able to export videos. When I click on export media the program doesn't respond. After this it freezes. How can I solve this?

This does not sound ideal. I understand the export does not work with Premiere Pro 15.1

• Could you share your system info(OS, RAM, GPU, etc)?
• Do you get any error when the export freezes and crashes?

Thanks for the help! I asked the customer service of adobe. They broke into my computer and solved it 🙂
