Hello Folks,

Just got my HP Omen Laptop. I can open all the apps in Creative cloud exceot  Premire Pro and Photoshop (both any version) What I did do:

On the old computer, when into HELP signout, deactivate.

Loaded all the apps on the new computer after signing in.

Researched the old threads here and tgried a few things like unistalling, re installing different versions etc.

Everything worked on the old computer.

Any help or ideas would be preciated.

Thank you,

What, exactly, happens when you try to open them?

Is there an error message?  If so, what does it say?

Does the computer meet the minimum specs for those apps?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?

I had to restart the compter AND go into my computer unistallation program and remove both from running in the background. I didn't think of that until you asked me about my computer. Good now.

Thanks,
