Premiere pro will not open

So I am having a problem where when I open premiere pro it shows in the windows bar thing where it shows what apps are open it shows that it is open but when I click on it it dosent open.

It doesnt show it.

Ive tried uninstalling the whole of adobe and reinstalling and does not work. I need help please!

First thing, make sure you have installed the NVIDIA Studio Driver: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/results/167762/

This solves many issues with customers that have the game ready drivers installed instead. Try it and report back, unless this is the driver you already have installed. If so, let us know.
