Premiere Pro won't export anything

Hello. I was making a video for YouTube. A bit before that I did use a Warp Stabilizer which failed (I hadn't used it before) so I don't know if that's the case? I'm on 14.0 and I use a HP 255 G7 with Windows 10 (updated to the latest version). The computer runs fine on Premiere so that isn't an issue.

The problem is solved, I had to wait (??) for some reason. Opened and closed the project about 4 times which is frustrating

Warp Stabilizer is a massive effect as far as the computer is concerned ... it takes a ton of time & cycles to 'analyze first', then the second part is applying the effect.
