Premiere Pro won't play back in Program Panel

My premiere pro won't show images and video or play any video in my Program Panel like it used too.  Also they keep telling me legacy features are going away.  Not sure if this program is going to work for us anymore if they keep taking away basic features.  Please someone help!  I can't even see to adjust picture sizes and make simple edits!

I think I got it fixed now.  I just rebooted Premiere Pro and my Program Panel let me preview the video before exporting.  Thanks
