My premiere pro, after effects, and the rush will not open. I have been in touch with people thru messaging. Someone remoted in and couldn't figure it out and told me the senior team has to deal with it. But I have no way to contact senior team. Is there not a phone number? Its been two days now. I need to speak to a live person. My situation is urgent. I need to know how long it will take because I cannot move forward with any projects until its fixed. Does anyone have any contact info?

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign into your Adobe account first) and ask for the Video Queue:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
