So i´m cutting a video in Premiere and the problem is. I have multiple audio lines under each other.
The Video Ambient Audio, some SFX and the Track.
Now the Problem is that at some points some audio snippets from the track appear in the ambient audio, these snippets last sometimes just half a second sometimes the whole clip and are way louder and even faster then the track.
In the picture below you see how quiet the normal ambient is and how loud this one clip suddenly is.
Would love to hear if someone faces the same problem and if they got rid of it. Thank you

I thought i could fix it if i change something in the Master file, but Premiere just crashes when i click on the master section in the videosettings.

thank you for the idea, but unfortunately that did not help...
here is another example of how random premiere puts in the middle of the ambient sound of a video. The Audio is from somwhere completely different as the position of the track below.

What is Video Ambient Audio?
Trash pref, delete media cache, delete preview files are some suggestions.

i mean the ambient audio that is the clip audio.
i reseted my premiere settings, maybe that will work.
