Premiere uninstallers doesn't work

Hi I'm trying to uninstall Premiere (and Media Encoder) to then reinstall (I am told I this is necessary to fix the issues I am having my LUT folder) and I double click on the uninstallers for both Premiere and Media Encoder and both of them do nothing. Restarted the computer, did nothing. Any ideas?

Hi, I discovered that my creative cloud app had been uninstalled somehow. I don't remember uninstalling it so that's strange. But I reinstalled it and after that the uninstallers on Premiere and Media Encoder worked so problem solved. Thanks
