Premire Pro 2021 Glitching with screen recording

I have screen recording from my ipad that i trasnfer from photos to my desktop and then into premire but in photos and on the desktop they are very smooth videos but in premire pro and in the export they have little jumps where they will lag backwards a few frames and also dont look as smooth. Is there a way to fix this

Hi Matthew,

Sorry about that. Check Preferences > Audio Hardware and change the Input to None. See if that works. If not, please transcode the footage in Handbrake. It might be at a variable frame rate Premiere Pro doesn't fare well with.
