Premire Pro export, 16x9 isn't compatible with iPhone, sometimes works sometimes doesn't.

I used dropbox to transfer from computer top phone but i've tried google drive too. Only happens sometimes, and i use the exact same export settings for every 16x9 post i do. Its for instagram reels, otherwise i'd just post from my computer. 

 

Some say its an ecoding issue, some say its the new adobe update. Nothing fixes it to my knowlegde and ive tried everything i can think of. Need to know if anyone else has issues with this.

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:

and just to add what Peru Bob said, Premiere has intermittent problems with vfr material and the manifestation of these problems is incosistent and impossible to predict.  So it certainly sounds like that's the issue and handbrake's the fix...
