Preset import

Im trying to import presets that i installed on my computer to Premier Pro. When i click import preset all the files i download no matter if i unzip them or where i get them from they arent highlighted to let me click on them. Is this due to the files not being supported in their format? really stuck here.

Importing presets is done one by one unless they are prepared in such a way they will load all in one preset.
