Preset no showing up in Premiere

Hi Guys, I have a big problem with presets in Premiere Pro. When I import a  preset, I only see a new folder, but not the preset. Can u help me please!!!!

Lost of posts about free presets downloaded from the internet (youtube) not working properly.

No solution but to find some other that does work.

The presets that I downloaded on  internet work on my friends, I tried to download lots, and the only that are downloading are the little size presets (8kb for example) but not 200 or higher presets
