When ever I import presets to Premire Pro it shows that it is imported and creates the folder however when i click the drop down it shows nothing. It creates the folder but does now show the preset. Please Help!!

Can you share some screenshots of your Effects panel?

As you can see , the folder is open but i cant see the preset
I see.
And if yu search in the Effects panel using the name of the preset, does it show anything? Maybe it gets imported into a different folder?
