Presets and Recents missing after auto update to Premier 2021

Hello,

Can anyone advise me on how to reintegrate my preferences and settings after the udpate?

This box was checked in auto-update preferences but seems not to have happened.

I've lost a lot of presets that I wouldn't know how to remake.
