Presets folder invalid/moved

Anyone knows what to do exactly? i am recieving a message everytime i open up prmeiere pro where a pop up box says my presets folder has  been moved / invalid and to please select my presets folder?

I would reinstall and Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Just ran the cleaner tool and did not solve the problem.

always a good idea when posting a problem to tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card.
