Hello

I have a problem with Premiere Pro, I was using it normally and everything was going well, I close the software to do something else, and when I reopen it 20min later.
It asks me to update the drivers for my graphics card, which I do.
I restart Premiere and since the preview is either jerky or sped up.

Now i have this problem on all my projects.

Premiere is up to date, my graphics card is a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 Ti and my driver version is 456.38.

Hi there,

We're sorry about this. Have you tried clearing cache & resetting app preferences to isolate any preference or cache corruption issue that might be causing the app to misbehave? Also, if this is happening after updating the drivers, have you tried rolling back to the previous version and checked if it's working properly?

Thanks,

Sumeet
