Hello everyone, I'm stuck with a very sever problem with Premiere right now, I tried contacting Adobe Support but I can't get through to anyone. Please see vimeo link below for my deminstrtation of the problem.

My preview monitor sparaticly goes full screen on my main monitor and most of the time the only way to exit is to force quit Premiere. Is there a solutiuon to this problem?
I'm on a Windows 10 Build, latest version
AMD Ryzen 2700X
MSI Motherboard
64GB RAM
EVGA GTX 1650 Super
All drivers are up to date and I've tried rolling back the GPU drivers 2 and 3 versions back with no luck. I've uninstalled Premiere and Creative Cloud, reinstalled, no luck. This problem even happens if I completly disable my second monitor.
Premiere is bassically unusable right now because of this. Adobe Support is unreachable, please can anyone shed some light on this issue. Thanks!
