Thanks for checking that. Is this happening with any specific project/media type or with all of them? If it's happening with multiple projects and multiple media types, please try these steps and check if it helps.

  • Open Device Manager
  • Expand the drop-down for  Display adapters
  • Right-click on Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 and select Disable device
(please note that this may cause the applications using this GPU to misbehave, so close any other app that might be using the GPU in the background)
  • Once,

Hi marie66,

We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried switching the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only and checked if it's working properly? If switching the Renderer is not making any difference, try clearing the cache and check if it helps. Let us know if it works. We're here to help.

Thanks,

Sumeet

Merci beaucoup, le problème est enfin résolu . Avez vous une explication de ce phénomène ? dernière question, si je laisse Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 désactivé est-ce-que ça risque d'endomagé les composants ou l'interface  ?

Hi marie66,

Glad that it worked. Disabling the Intel GPU won't affect much in your case as you have a dedicated NVIDIA GPU (RTX 2070).  Usually, such issues occur due to the driver not working properly. You may try enabling the Intel GPU and updating its driver (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/multi/drivers-video-win-intel.html) to check if it's working properly.

Thanks,

Sumeet
