Problem Arabic letter

I have problem with Arabic letter if I wrote for example 

ورد:white_heavy_check_mark:

The app make it درو:cross_mark:

If I wrote السلام عليكم :white_heavy_check_mark:

The app make it ا ل س ل ا م ع ل ي ك م :cross_mark:

Please help me to fix that
