Problem exporting video - Adobe Media Encoder Required

Hello ... I have a subscription in my premiere pro and i just tried to export a video but it cannot let me do it, it always appears a windows that say that i need to install Adobe Media Encoder, why is this happeninig? with this ned update, Do I need to pay another app to export my videos?!

media encoder is INCLUDED with your subscription to Premiere.  No addtional cost.  It should have installed automatically when you installed Premiere but do as Ann suggests.  She's usually right.
