Hi! I'm trying to import an After Effects composition to my premiere project by using dynamic link and directly droping it into the bin but the program doesn't respond and I have to restart it. I've tried to reinstall both apps and still persist.

Both Ae and Pr need to be from the same version.

Post Version and build of Ae and Pr (see about).

Hi Jose,

Welcome to the community and sorry for your issue.

What's the version of Premiere Pro and After Effects you're using? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)? Also, have you tried resetting the presences. Here's how:

Premiere Pro - https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-premiere-pro/td-p/...

After Effects - https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-after-effects/td-...

Let us know, we're here to help.

Thanks,

Nishu
