Problem playback black magic PR 2020

Hello i have a litle problem with my playback with all my computer in premier pro 2020 and after effect 2020 the playback is not working yet, i don't understand why.... i see the black magic device in the "preference" but it didn't work.

I understand you are trying to extend the preview to the second monitor i.e. blackmagic monitor, however, you are unable to get the results. Am I correct?

• Did you check if the drivers for the blackmagic device are updated?
• Also, was it ever working fine?

Blackmagic Design has recently released Desktop Video 11.5 which addresses multiple issues with Premiere Pro.

Please update to the latest version (11.5) and check if it's working properly.

Hi,

I have the same problem with my intensity pro and the intensity pro 4k.

Direct output via MediaExpress works, but output via mercuryplayback in Premiere cc 2020 does not.

Did i miss any solution?
