Problem to export video.

Hi Guys, I trying to export a video to post in Instagram. I always use a preset to make this but after updating to version 15.0 I can't modify the Bitrate and quality of my video before the export, can someone help me?

If it were me, I would change the format from "Quicktime" to "H.264".  Then pick the rest of your settings for Instagram.
