Problem Uploading to YouTube

 help!! I have been trying to upload to YouTube from premier pro and I have tried almost everything but it always pops up with this before it's done uploading, any suggestions on what to do?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about this. Are you able to upload any media directly to YouTube using any web browser? If so, please try resetting app preferences and then Sign in again and check if it's working properly.

I have uploaded to my other YouTube channel just fine, But for some reason it won't let me on this one. I have tried changing the name and everything but I am stuck on what to do, should I uninstall and reinstall?
