Problem wit mask

Hello, i am having some problems with my masks on Premiere, i want to hide a face on my video with a mask, the thing is that when i click Play on the mask to make this one follow the movement my Premier don't make the progress until the end and just freeze. Someone can help me please?

Does it work after the freeze? If not, you might be running out of ram for the track, try tracking frame by frame with the step button:
