Problem with 2,7K 60fps render Youtube

Hi, i have gopro hero 8 and iam recording in 2,7k 60fps, high bitrate. Render options are 2,7k/60fps profile:high 5.1.,

bitrate: vbr pass 2 target 35, max 40

max. depth

When i export it, its not good quality as i expect from 2,7k... and also on youtube its bad

Any tips please?
