Problem with disappearing sides of my photo

Hello,

I followed this tutorial on how to make a clean photo slideshow in Adobe Premiere pro and everything went well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=adDcMhIN090&vl=en

Everything is perfect except my first two images. For whatever reason, the left and right sides of the image disappear- and render "disappeared" in my finished video. All other (30+) still images are fine. Not all of the images I used are the same size dimension, but it seems to only affect these two images.

I am attaching a video so you see what I mean. After a second, my sides disappear! What is going on and how can I fix it?
