Problem with getting video to fit

I am having a problem with getting my video to fit (also after rendering and exporting)

I assume the problem you're talking about are the black bars on the sides when you export the video. It seems you're exporting a square sequence into a horizontal output. Check the Basic Video Settings of the Export Settings Window and make sure the width and Height match your sequence.
