problem with mogrt files - Adobe Support Community - 11654664

Greetings! I have an issue with mogrt files. When i trying to add any animated template on the timeline i see message "Motion Graphics template is corrupt". I've learned a lot of methods to solve this problem (gpedit.msc tweaking, transporting folder "essential graphics") , but it doesn't help.

Maybe someone can give me advise?
