PROBLEMA CON PREMIERE PRO 2021

Hello. I have the latest version of Premiere Pro (2021) installed and it gives me problems to export from the Media encoder. Every time I want to queue an export from Premiere to Media encoder the applications exit unexpectedly. It also happens if I want to export an xml file, the premiere closes. I've talked to other premiere pro users and the same thing happens to them and we don't know why. From what I see it is a widespread problem. Could someone explain to me why this happens?

Hola. Tengo instalada la ultima version de Premiere Pro (2021) y me da problemas para exportar desde el Media encoder. Cada vez que quiero poner en cola una exportación desde el Premiere a Media encoder las aplicaciones se cierran inesperadamente. También pasa si quiero exportar un archivo xml, el premiere se cierra. He hablado con otros usuarios de premiere pro y tambien les pasa lo mismo y no sabemos porque. Por lo que veo es un problema generalizado. ¿Alguien me podria explicar porque pasa esto?

Hello. Thank you very much for answering. My computer is an imac pro from 2018, with the macOS catalina 10.15.7. Operating system, Intel Xeon W 3GHz 10-Core processor, 64 GB ram memory and Ati radeon Pro Vega 64 16 GB graphics card. The latest version of premiere that I have is 15.0, but in adobe creative cloud it tells me that I have 15.1 installed, but if I open a premiere project it tells me that I have 15.0. I don't know, it's very weird too...

Procesador Intel Xeon W a 3GHz 10-Core, 64 GB de memoria ram i targeta gràfica Ati radeon Pro Vega 64 16 GB. La última versión que tengo de premiere es la 15.0, pero en el adobe creative cloud me dice que tengo instalada la 15.1, pero si abro un proyecto de premiere me dice que tengo la 15.0. No se, es muy raro tambien...

If you look in the CC app under other versions you can see which versions you have on your computer.

Qué tal si intentas desinstalando la aplicación borrando todas las preferencias, actualizas tu sistema operativo hasta donde dé el Catalina, actualizas la aplicación de escritorio de Creative Cloud y luego vuelves a instalar Premiere Pro desde cero. Como tú mismo dices sí está raro eso.
