Saludos!

Are they VFR ... variable frame-rate? Most phones, tablets and devices and screen-capture programs use that. Premiere Pro works with some VFR files, but realistically is much better to use with CFR ... constant frame rate files.

You can check by downloading the free utility MediaInfo. After installing, drag/drop a file onto that app's desktop icon. It will open the app, and go to the "Tree View" in MediaInfo's options. Look for the frame-rate sections.

If it's VFR, download/install the free HandBrake conversion app. Set the Video tab to convert to CFR by both clicking in the little CFR option circle and setting a fixed number frame-rate in the frame-rate box. You can also batch process numerous files.
