Problemas al exportar vídeos

Cuando exporto un video de Premiere, el audio se retrasa y el video se adelanta, pero es un problema reciente y no se a que se deba, ya que he realizado anteriormente videos sin problema alguna.

tell us your source properties and your sequence settings?  by any chance were your sources either iphone or other smartphone clips or screen recordings?  If that's so the problem is that your sources have a variable frame rate and premiere needs a constant frame rate.  use media info to tell you if your sources are variable frame rate
