Problemas al guardar un archivo en premiere

Estoy teniendo problemas cuando quiero guardar un archivo en Premiere. Funciona todo perfecto, el software corre excelente en mi PC, pero cuando quiero guardar el archivo y se abre la ventana emergente, el software no responde y tengo que cerrarlo. Alguien podría ayudarme con esto?. Muchas gracias

• What are your system specs (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
• Can you try changing the location of the targeted saving folder?
• Are you using an external/ internal or shared drive?
• Does it happen with a specific file?
